Built into the rear addition of this property, we have opened up the Kitchen into a multifunctional space that spills into the rear garden - something that was barely visible in its original state.

Embracing the physical challenge of daylighting, our approach introduced a modern glazed roof corner to the flank elevation that drops down into an internal seat facing the Kitchen. This not only injected daylight into the darkest parts of the room but also extended the depth and quality outlook achieved from the interior.
