Our client was stuck with an architect that could not get past designing a conventional loft conversion until we stepped in. Following an in-depth review and consultation with the local planning department, we developed a scheme that pushed the boundaries, replacing the entire roof, raised the ridge and the eaves and introducing two ‘picture frame beveled edged dormers’ finished in zinc to create a quality double bedroom with ensuite and games room.
